To confirm a booking we require a 20% deposit.

Six weeks before departure we require the balance to be paid.

In the event of cancellation we will return half the deposit if cancellation is made in writing at least 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

In the event of cancellation within 6 weeks of the rental commencing then no payment is returnable, unless we are able to relet the villa. In that event we would repay 75% of the rental price (providing the full balance had been paid).

Guests are also liable in the event of any damage or breakages whilst staying in the villa
